Complete scam.
Unfortunately, even legitimate job search sites are plagued by scammers, and the best screening is still not 100% effective.

NO legitimate company interviews and hires potential employees via instant messenger.

The atrocious English is another dead giveaway. A quick search shows an earlier version of their script, which has changed slightly, but not too much.

Standard fake check scam.
The scammer plans to send you a fraudulent check, and instruct you to cash it and send the cash to someone they name, supposedly for the "software."

In reality, it is going to a mule for the scammers, where it will be forwarded to the scammers.

Later, when the bank discovers the fraud, you will be held accountable for the entire amount of the check, plus any bank charges, bounced checks, and possibly even costs for an attorney if you are arrested for check fraud.
The scammers, who have been using all fake details, will be nowhere to be found.

I also see that your username is your real name. I suggest you choose an alternative name (you can post a few options here) and I can change your name for you.
