A little about me firstly, I am a Computer Security Expert and work with the United States Government; as a result, I'm paranoid on internet/computer security... So I've added some details and explanations with my findings.

Ok, So the scammer is using a new e-mail address (already) and has added an additional picture. I've always enjoyed scams like these, gives me something to do; so I pulled the IP address and ran a trace of it (To view the IP all you need to do is open up the Email Source or Email Header, you'll see lots of information, just look for something that looks like an IP address [192.168.1.14 or similar], use Almighty Google to trace the IP). It's looking like this particular IP is originating from Paris France and the sender is using the program "SquirrelMail" to send these emails; this is SquirrelMail. SquirrelMail's design is to rotate it's originating IP address (through proxy servers), so you can never IP block them, I suspect the next email will be from a different IP.
