Yes scammer and the use of "The Bat" shows this is a mass mailer. I found a Kar Nataly on Myspace but don't know if it is him or not.

Normal people do not use it. It is a mass mailing program, popular with E.European scammers . It has one purpose only to ensure all victims are emailed
