Chevoil plc is a leading British independent oil company.......

It isn't registered at UK Companies House, so it's a fake - like the website which is four months old.

© 2005-2010 Chevron U.S.A. Inc. All rights reserved

The website contradicts itself and can't even get its own name correct or work out how long it's been in existence.. Perhaps that's because it's trying to impersonate a real oil company called 'Chevron' who have a website here with a warning about scams

Re: Employment Opportunities

From The Human Resource Manager of CHEV OIL. Our company is the one of the leading oil selling company in Europe. We sell OIL to clients in U.S.A, Europe, Australia and Asian countries.

A new job is open for you in your area, it is a work from home office position. If you choose to work with us, you do not need to quit your present job, or have problems with your employers as this is on a part time basis.

Our Company seeks the service of a payment processor who would act as a medium of reaching our customers. You can easily make $400-$600 or more in a week by working for us as Sub-contractor in your geographical location. If you choose to work with us, you do not need to quit your present job, or have problems with your employers as this is on a part time basis.

THIS IS WHAT IT ENTAILS:

1. Get/receive payment from clients/Customers.
2. Process Payments at your Bank.
3. Deduct 10%, which is your commission/Payment on each payment received.
4. Keep record of all payments received/processed
5. Forward the remaining 90% to the information that will be provided later on.

Note the use of a standard scammer phone number formed +4470.

The cheques you get will all be counterfeit and the money you send will be your own money which the bank will reclaim from you when they bounce. Oil companies don't use people working from home to receive cash - but scammers will defraud anyone unwary enough to believe their lies.

Non-EU citizens should go here to find out about obtaining a visa to work as an au pair in the UK

Whenever payment is requested by Western Union you're dealing with a scammer
