I'm in receipt of your mail with the attached filled application form,we appreciate your interest and willingness to work in our company.

I am glad to inform you of your good performance in the interview as we have gone through your profile which have made us to consider offering you the position of Operations Manager because of your qualifications, but this position becomes official when the management have concluded. This will be coming up after you agree with the terms and condition of this company by signing this contract with us.

However, attached to this mail is Contract Agreement Letter, which you are to print, sign and return to us immediately for other official protocols, if you accept the conditions. You must know that we have few weeks of enrollment in our company with all the legal formalities being completed including the Visa and Ticket processing period. The Company has provided a free accommodation that befits family size not exceeding 5 occupants in its housing estate for its employee. This means that you are not providing any accommodation for yourself throughout the period you are working with us.

The Company shall provide air ticket for you to come here from your country after you must have scanned your Visa to us. This will enable the Company Immigrants Department to process your ticket to come and commence your career with us.

Moreover, you are expected to follow the company's traveling policy. So for this reason you should take care of the Visa Fee. Your readiness with the Visa Fee will enable the US Attaché and US Visa Officials to facilitate the immediate processing of your visa application forms and other traveling documents without any delay.

Finally, the Company shall open an international account for you on the account that you migrated from there to here on H1-B VISA and your salary is payable at regular payroll period by cheque.

If you agree with the employment schedules, then you are ready to relocate and work with us, print out this contract agreement and sign it after reading and send it back to us for office use. Nevertheless, having read and accepted the norms and ethics of this Company/Contract Agreement, you are requested to send a scan copy of your certificates as proof of educational qualification alongside with acceptance of this contract for proper documentation.

That phone number is not in North Carolina. The scammer has a serious case of homeoarcton and needs to see an anagnostologist immediately. (If you want an explanation, I'll send it by PM. I don't want the scammer to learn from his mistake.)

Was really blind over this. Thought the mail was legit and was about to resign my current job and move on with the appointment, and am totally frustrated that i wasted my time filling up questionnaire and sending them the certificates and did all they asked. :(

How to attach photos? so that people in future can see the real content and act accordingly.

Forget the photos. The scammer will simply post a different one. It is obviously not him and how would you know since you have never actually seen him in real life? Please provide the scam email address the scammer is presently using because spx-us.com was removed awhile ago.
