This is not a legitimate loan provider. The scammer has faked or spoofed the email address "[email protected]" It is not a genuine email address and if you sent a message to that address, it will bounce. I had thought that discuz.org might be fake website set up by the scammer but on the surface it appears to be a free email service hosted in China. If you apply for a loan with this fake loan provider the scammer will demand fraudulent upfront fees. Do not send any money. You will never get the loan as the scammer has no intention of lending money to anybody.
