Hi ,
Yes, the property is still available for rent and we are looking for a responsible person or family to occupy and maintain it now that we are not around. Myself and my wife just travelled to London for a program called "Mission for Seniors" initiated by British Red Cross.
We will be away for 3 years or more that's why we've made up our minds to put up the property for rent to whom will take good care of it. The full address of the property is: Windmill Avenue Dublin . It's fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wireless and car spot available.
The monthly rental price will be €1,500 which includes all the utilities ( water, gas, electricity and internet ). The property is very clean as you can see from the attached pictures.
