Through this invoice we are pleased to inform you that the keys, permission to view the apartment and rental contract are in our custody. A scanned copy of the rental contract and viewing permit are attached to this e-mail.
All taxes were paid by the owner.
Rentals Booking began the process of shipping the package.
In order to receive the package (keys to the apartment, rental contract and permission to view the apartment) the full payment ( PLN 2,800.00) must be completed within two working days.
Payment Policy
Payment must be submitted via bank transfer to the Rentals Booking representatives bank account assigned for this transaction (in this case Francis Gouraud).
Rentals Booking will secure the payment until the tenant receives the package, inspects the apartment and the 48 hours viewing period is over.
In case the apartment is not as described you can ask for a full refund.
You will receive the full refund in maximum two working days.

The payment must be made within two working days. In opposite case, your reservation request will expire.
Once the payment is submitted, please send us and e-mail at [email protected] with the following details:
1) A scanned copy of the wire transfer and/or the receipt;
2) Confirmation of the total amount of wire transfer (PLN 2,419.00) and the date when the wire transfer was initiated;
After the payment is confirmed, our agent will contact you to arrange the inspection of the apartment;
If you will decide to rent the apartment, you will sign the rental contract with the Rentals Booking agent and he will provide all the necessary documents and the keys. If you will not be satisfied with the condition of the apartment, Rentals Booking will give you a full refund of in maximum two working days.

*We recommend the online transfer system, because it saves a considerable amount of time. Online banking saves you the trouble of going to a bank and wasting your
valuable time (payments can also be made on weekends). If this is your first time making an online transfer, please go to your bank’s website in order to read about
the procedure.
**The electronic transfer from bank to bank is considered to be the safest international payment method. The transfer data are transmitted through an encrypted
communication channel.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible: Full refund possible in 48 hours after the arrival of the package.
Rentals Booking guarantees the refund of the entire amount sent to the Rentals Booking agent if the tenant rejects the apartment. The refund will be made immediately but can take up to two working days to be completed.
