It has all the facilities and the utilities: washing machine,

steel! Bright windows with a fresh kitchen and bathroom.


The rent for 1 month is $750.The all utilities are included in this
price (rent/month). No extra fees!
It means:

Short or long term lease?! The lease is flexible, can be month to
month, min stay 1 month - max 5/6 years. The price will not increase
monthly, it will remain the same for the whole period that the
contract will be signed for.


About pets.. there are no problems if you have pets, as long as you
clean up after them!


So, I want this rental to be as smooth as possible, I really need
to take care of this matter by the end of the next week.. I am looking

I inherited the apartment from my grandfather when he past away, I am from Rome, Italy, so I decided to rent it.


This is the second time I tried to rent the apartment, I had a deal with somebody before who said he will rent it if I come there.. So I got a plane ticket, and guess what!? When I arrived there, he didn't show up and after 2 days he gave me a call and said that he is sorry but he can't rent it anymore, because he has no money.
It was unfortunate that my past bitter experience of inviting people to come and view my apartment without any form of confirmation of their financial ability and not keeping up to time as at when scheduled, has brought about great loss to me.
So don't get me wrong and don't take it personally, but now I don't want to buy another plane ticket to come and fall for it once more... maybe you won't show up. I'm sick of tire-kickers, people who are just looking around and not serious about renting, so please don't waste my time... No offence!

Oh my lord. I fell for it, I'm suppose to be meeting him Sunday to look at the apartment. He knows I have a son and even gave him my home address...he sent what looked like a legit aplication for the apartment. Though he hasn't asked for money he has asked me to creat a email account for him and add on kijiji for him for his wife's apartment. What made me believe him was that he knows Barrie very well and discribed the area of the "apartment" in perfect detail and the area is really there. I can't believe how stupid I am to fall for this...

This beautiful apartment is located in a lovely area ( Sovereigns Gate at Big Bay Point - Sovereigns Gate, Barrie - neighborhood has Public and Catholic elementary schools within walking distance and a Second public school slated for opening in Fall 2013! Located close to Lakes, Amenities, Public transportation, Go Train and 400 Highway. This area has plenty of parks, Green space and is a 5 minute bike ride to Kemplefelt Bay, and is rated one of the top neighborhoods in Barrie to live and enjoy life!! ), excellent location!

I can not give you the complete address, the unit is full furnished, everything is new inside, there's no one who lives there, so please understand me! I'm afraid of thieves and I hope you understand the importance of safety when it comes to posting something of such value.

He refused to give me the address, it was also my fifth time asking him for it. The email that he used to email me is : [email protected]. As you can see we are suppose to meet sunday. He has not asked for money nor banking information. Still going to the police with this since I was stupid and gave my home address and phone number. Hope this helps people!

I want to tell everyone here how appreciative i am for this post because under the same email address found on kijiji as most of you my boyfriend was almost scammed. he was told $500 dollars a month and even i was super excited for him and didnt think anything of it. after they had been messaging for almost two days he showed me these messages and i felt like this was a real thing. my boyfriend told me though that he never gave an address and he had asked for a picture of him and his family and was never sent one (because he was asked to send a picture of him). the part that got me was the "i have a reputation to uphold". when i read this i thought well if he has such a reputation maybe if we search him he will be on the internet with a picture of himself. instead this site came up showing us that word for word each message that had been sent to you guys as well. it was heartbreaking for me to see my boyfriends reaction to realizing that he had gotten his hopes up for no reason. but i owe all of you a huge thank you for saving him before he sent money away to some asshole deceiving innocent people over the internet. im sorry all of you had to go through it but it makes me happy that there are people out there who are kind enough to help others out from being put into the same situations.

No he/she used the "paul5kamell" one that others have posted and luckily he did not make any payments when we found out it was a scam. Luckily it was right before and I think the person emailed him again when he never responded asking what the status was on their deal but he doesn't reply anymore

I almost got tricked by this guy. He had me all the way up until I had to deposit the money before I could even see the place. My GF and I then proceeded to do some google searches and found our way here. Still using the same email address. Seems to be still targeting the Barrie area as this was only a couple days ago. I even sent him my address, I feel like a complete idiot. My profession teaches me to trust no one and I did and I almost cost my family a lot. Have others gone to the Police? Should I if I gave him my current address?

So frustrated.
