Rental Scammer - [email protected]

This scumbag is currently targeting the South African gumtree website with similar ads.
He posted an apartment for rent in an upmarket area in Cape Town.
I thought the rental fee was too low and noticed the furnishings in the photos provided were not those readily available in South Africa. I made an email inquiry to the poster and received a response almost immediately (see below).

I then google'd the so-called ministry website he quoted in his email and found this warning site. Thanks to this original contributor and this site, I was saved from parting with my hard-earned cash and embarrassment.

I notified gumtree of the fraud and they immediately removed the offending ad.
