Please post the email, but it sounds like a typical scam script. Do people in real refugee camps have Internet access?

For a man with only one child (according to the scammers) there are an awful lot of names out there.
(Of course if you look him up on wikipedia, the real Abdirashid Duale has 4 children, none of whom would be sitting in a refugee camp.)

It is 100% standard scam.
