HI,

I have discussed with the Immigration agency and i was told that the
visa can not stay longer than 2 weeks, i will also love to assure you
that everything will be taken care of before your arrival.

The signing of the documents of agreement has to be signed here on
your arrival, the agency instructed that you have to be sent the
content of the agreement so that once you agree, your papers can start
its process.

Hope your having fun this weekend

Hello,

I have consulted an immigration lawyer from the UK Home office over
the issue of employing you, and i was informed that certain
requirement has to be presented before you can be granted working visa
to the UK.

The requirements they asked for are:

Contract letter of agreement between the host family and employee :
which is to show that we have both agreed on the contract

Proof for financial demonstration; which show that you have an
existing fund and you are financially capable before your first month
salary

Passport

Please these are things that you will make available as soon as we
make payments for your working visa

Get back to me

Pretending that it is necessary, the scammer will state that the 'proof of financial demonstration' must be a Western Union or MoneyGram transfer made by the au pair or the au pair's friend or relative. The scammer will reassure the au pair that she or he will later be able to collect the money again safely.

In reality, the money will be stolen by the scammer. The scammer is able to do this, using the information on the transfer receipt, regardless of which name or country the transfer is made to.

The genuine UK Home Office never asks for a Western Union or MoneyGram transfer as proof of sufficient funds.

points for Entry/Work Approval, going by the new point-based system for immigration in
2013/2014
Ensuring that the applicant is eligible to Live, Work and carry out business activities in the UK
legally.

The new points-based system (PBS) is the biggest shake up of the immigration system for 45 years.
Under the new system, Applicants will need to pass a points-based assessment before they receive
National Insurance Number, Work Scheme Card and supporting paperwork for the UK. It will help UK
businesses recruit the skills it needs from abroad and assure the British public that only the skilled
migrants will need to come to the UK. The role of employees/migrants with qualifying financial base is
crucial to its success.

We would like to acknowledge receipt of your application for National Insurance Number, Residence
Permit and Work Scheme Card. Engr./ Mrs. MICHAEL FRED'S Family is your Host in the UK and shall
fulfill necessary hosting requirement to support your application in due course.

National Insurance Number and Work Scheme Card would be issued to you before you can work, after
appropriate registration with the Social Service Bureau to fulfill 2013/ 2014 requirements for applicants
coming to work in the United Kingdom.

Apart from sponsorship from UK Based Employers, workers in Social Service Category coming to live
and work in the UK for at least 12 to 18 months or more are mandated to have a minimum of £750GBP

possession of the applicant/employee into the UK.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have funds to support yourself. This is to certify that you can
be responsible for your maintenance on resumption of duties as mandated by UK Insurance policies to
protect and secure Aupairs/ Nannies/ Baby sitters financially. The mandatory insurance allowance is
£750GBP (Seven Hundred and Fifty Great Britain Pounds Sterling). This will guarantee the National
Insurance process which is for the security and a mandatory well being of the applicant.

Note: This is not a payment but a deposit to ensure that you can cater for your needs and support
yourself once you arrive UK before receiving your first salary from your Employer.

The UK Home Office would ensure through this means that only eligible applicants who are financially
capable are allowed entry into the UK and a license to work. This must be completed to fulfill availability
of funds in cases of Emergency and for full financial security of the applicant/worker before receipt of
first month’s salary and benefits from Employers.

This process is solely a demonstration that you have the stipulated financial requirement as per an
applicant seeking to enter the United Kingdom for the purpose of work despite sponsorship from your
Employer for your financial security and would take 24hrs for confirmation, hence, follow the detailed
instructions for confirmation of immigrant travel allowance below.

Employer’s Role: Your employer takes care of your National Insurance Number and Work Scheme Card
acquisition which she has already applied for; Work Permit/, Health Insurance if needed, and all
professional fees charged. Total processing charge of the employer: 2,150GBP.

PROCEDURE: VERIFICATION/CONFIRMATION OF MANDATORY BASIC FUND

The following process has been adopted following the new-points based system to earn the needed
points for issuance of National Insurance Number, Work Scheme Card and supporting documents.
Bank statements were hitherto accepted; however, due to the falsification of bank statements which
does not compulsorily certify/ surety legal entering to the applicant in the country, we no longer accept
bank statements as final travel guarantee. This factor has been unquestionably considered with full
implementation.
