This Scam - DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY SEAL OF TRANSFER - and the
Ghostrider4446 Gmail address have been around for awhile.
Google raises some suspicions with the staff of Abuse/Fraud Enforcement as
quite a few addresses were reported by multiple parties over a few months as
a test ( known Gmail Abusers were still using addresses that were reported as
disabled ) The test showed Gmail Abuse allowing known Abusers to use same
even when businesses complained about them, It looks as if the Scammers
have people inside at Gmail, I hope that is not the case.Copy of Email and Header
