The shipping company Alaskan Pets Air Cargo Alaska(USA) states that they will only take Western Union. I informed them that I only use paypal. Can you tell me if this is a scam by them. It is a scam. Legitimate businesses do not use live.com email addresses or take payment by Western Union. There is no puppy, so just delete the emails and don't respond to her.

Could you post the details of the "seller" as well so that others can find them.
