Could you please post some of the emails this scammer has send you, preferably with the full headers. If you don't know how to get the headers, just ask.
If you have send money to a scammer, then it's lost. They know how to play this game, and avoid being arrested. If he really lives in the USA, maybe there is a possibillity, but to know for sure we need the emails with the full headres.

I met him and was romantically involve with him i know were he live, he play nice until he get "help" and then he is gone with the money I know of other people who is scam and i am trying to find if ther are more of them i want to open a federal investigation so the more people come out the better case we have
