Has anyone heard from Kelly James. I think he said his middle name is Harrison. He is supposedly an independent oil contractor. He has a daughter named Lisa. Originally from Germany, he moved to the States and married. Wife is now deceased. He says he is in Australia. He owes $75,000 to a private hospital and they won’t let him leave until the bill is paid. His is using WhatsApp and phone 318-305-6017
