1. The Buyer and Seller agree to terms:
Either the Buyer or Seller begins a transaction. After contacting castle corporate services, all parties agree to the terms of the transaction.
2. The Buyer pays castle corporate services:
The Buyer submits a payment by approved payment method, castle corporate services verifies the payment, the Seller is notified that funds have been secured.
3. Seller ships merchandise to Buyer:
Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorised to send the merchandise and submit tracking information. castle corporate services verifies that the Buyer receives the merchandise.
4. Buyer accepts merchandise:
The Buyer has a set number of days (Inspection time) to inspect the merchandise and the option to accept or reject it. The Buyer accepts the merchandise
5. The Seller is paid by castle corporate services:
The seller can be paid by, ACH or wire transfer. The transaction is complete.
