We take great care to ensure the highest possibility of successful rental transactions for the owner and for the tenant. Our main goal is to make sure that neither the tenant or the owner is in advantage and to make sure that each party gets what is after.
1. The owner leaves the package into our custody.
2. Our company will make a complete verification of the property's documents and we will also certify ownership. If ownership is confirmed, our company will accept the initiated transaction. If ownership is not confirmed, our company will decline the initiated transaction and notify the tenant to stop all communication with the other party.
3. The payment will be made promptly to our manager.
4. Our company will verify the payment information provided by the tenant, and after the payment is received by our department, we will put the funds on hold and then instruct our team to initiate the delivery of the package to the tenant's shipping address. We will use a door to door overnight service.
5. After the package is received, the tenant has 2 days to inspect the property. If the tenant is completely satisfied with the property, both parties must exchange signed contracts, at least one copy for each party and then the tenant will instruct our company to release the funds to the owner.
6. If for any reason, the tenant will not be satisfied with the property, the tenant will receive a full refund. The refund procedure is very simple, the tenant will receive the money from us through Bank to Bank Wire Transfer, Check or MoneyGram Money Transfer. The refund method is at the tenant's choice.
