It's just one of many sites that wants to sell you a guide to make money at home, with ridiculous claims of what you can earn. Basically they collect information that is most likely free elsewhere, and then they sell it. This type of site also tends to partially report the facts--for example, if they claim that you can make $1000 a month, they conveniently forget to mention the $999 you have to spend for the payout. If you google them and eliminate all of the "articles" and ads posted by the site itself, you will not find much positive feedback.

The chances of even making back what you paid for the guide are slim.

As a general rule--steer clear of any site that charges you in advance for a way to make money.
