The registration traces to China, no surprise. Basically it looks to me like one of many Chinese "cheap designer item" sites out there. They may really sell you products, but those products are often unlicensed, inferior-quality imitations of the real items.

As a general rule, it is best to avoid this type of site--your chances of getting a poor-quality product are very high, and you generally have no recourse if/when that does happen.
