SpaceX on Wednesday shot down rumors that it is planning an initial public offering.
In an email reply to Reuters from SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell, she said the IPO rumors were "not true."

I got scammed already by its previous cloned website a few months ago. http://Www.spacexpreipo.com which is not in operation but had the exact same layout. Can you please check using whois and other tools who is the owner of these sites and why are they still scamming people? I reported both sites to [email protected] but got no response from them. When you search spacex ipo in Google the ad link to this site appears first. Have reported to Google as phishing website. Can't believe Google allows scammers to be listed as number 1.

As HannahsDad indicated, the domain has been registered using a proxy service, so the only people who can tell you the real owner are the registrars.
