I have posted the site with our site-killing friends :) There seem to be many sites needing a report at the moment, so it might be a while before they get to it. The search bots will find their way though, and it will show up on google as fraudulent.

To others reading this: A lot of useful information can be found on these pages (note, this is about scams with a UK factor):

http://www.met.police.uk/fraudalert/reporting_fraud.htm - advice.
http://www.actionfraud.org.uk/ will take reports on line for frauds that took place in the UK or have a UK element.
Another interesting site is http://www.vstag.co.uk

I found this site and was considering buying a car from them. Obviously I was checking around the internet for any information on the site first though, which is where I found this thread.

I opened a chat to the operator of the site through their "chat to us now" button and asked if many people fall for the scam. Needless to say, the operator "Dinesh" promptly closed the chat and now I get "Your IP address is blocked." when I try to access the site which I found funny. I mean, why bother. Clearly now that I know it's a fraud I'm not going to be buying from them, so why bother blocking my IP? :)

Another tell-tale sign of fraud-ness is the fact they only accept bank transfer as payment for the cars. I would have only considered buying if they accepted a VISA credit card. At least then I would be protected to a degree by their guarantee.
