However, until 28th June 2017 it was a dormant company called Julia B Morris Ltd and had a single Russian director named Konstantin Nemchukov who is / has been director of 357 different UK companies and whose correspondence address is 120 Baker Street, London, England – the address of UK Company Registration Agent Coddan Ltd which is run by 2 UK-based Russian lawyers.
Then from 26th June 2017 until 26th January 2018 it was called Listen Corporate Ltd and Julian Clark replaced Mr Nemchukov as the one and only director.
Bright Graham Murray is a reputable firm of accountants. In September 2017 they merged with another practice to form BGM Helmores Limited. See https://www.helmores.co.uk
