I am pleased to meet you, my name is Roger Eriksson, HR Dept. of
Orion GBR (Iselin, NJ). Ava Hase informed you this morning that I will
be guiding you through the process of pre-employment training.
So far I am emailing you instructions related to the next step, but I
will also give you a call this afternoon to give the voice to the name
and formally introduce myself to you. If you are not available, I will
leave you a detailed VM and my contact information so you can get in
touch with me at a later date. I am usually at my desk from 9:00 AM to
5:00 PM ET (Mon. - Fri.), during these hours you can email me or give
me a call.
Pertaining to the pre-employment training, it is essential for you to
complete the course of training as only successful completion of
training guaranties full-time employment. As the course will cover
general aspects of PM in the organization, terms of lease and finance,
project budgeting, client relationships and etc., it is important for
you to learn basics and understand processes before going full-time.
Our training course is a two-stage process: stage one includes
business cases which will be submitted daily during 3 weeks. Business
cases will cover PM structure, equipment lease and finance options,
supply chain management, logistics and etc. Each case will include 3-5
pages of reading material, key takeaways, description of objectives
and a test. Tests are used to evaluate your knowledge. No need to be
concerned about the material as it is free of charge, provided by the
company at no cost to you.
Stage two is a one-week process, which includes webinars. During this
step we will be discussing PM software and tools we use for our
projects, how to set up equipment lease and finance projects, schedule
budget and etc. These are live sessions so you will be able to discuss
your questions. Also, webinars will be uploaded to our web-site, so
if you are not able to take part in live sessions, you will be able to
view them in your spare time.
Key terms of pre-employment training:
- 1 month duration;
- remote process, you can complete training at home;
- flexible hours (you can complete modules during your spare time);
- no fees or charges on your end;
- base pay of $2K paid monthly via check or wire transfer;
- can be easily combined with your current position;
- after successful completion of training process full-time
position is guaranteed.
Attached you may find employment paperwork. The agreement includes
information on the training program and covers key terms of full-time
employment. Before we move further, you have to sign, scan and send
back to me last page of agreement. Please note, after successful
completion of training process you will be provided with offer letter,
permanent FT paperwork and tax forms. During training all reporting
will be done remotely through the NJ office. Local office will be
opening soon in your area, see below.

NEXT STEP
1. Read the paperwork and make sure all data is correct. If there is a
mistake in the document, let me know and we will revise the agreement.
2. You have to print out the last page of agreement and sign it in
pen. Then you have to scan it and send back to me via e-mail. As an
alternative a picture of signed document will work but we do not
accept faxed copies or copies sent via postal service.
3. Once I get your signed form I will email you work plan and more
information on what to expect next.
START DATE
1. Four groups will be launched within 2 weeks, two on Wed. and two on
Fri.
2. Currently, we have an opening on 11/23/18, when the new group
training will begin.
3. Should this date suit you, kindly email me your signed document,
with confirmation in writing. If this date is not convenient, we will
suggest an alternative.
