It is very easy to use the FTB-Transport. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Terms and data requests
After both the Buyer and Seller have agreed on the terms of the transaction, the seller must leave the goods in our custody and pay all the taxes.
Step 2: The Buyer pays FTB-Transport.
The Buyer must deposit the money for the goods to FTB-Transport with money orders or bank transfer.
Step 3: The Buyer will receive the goods.
Once FTB-Transport has received the payment, we will send the goods to the Buyer.
Step 4: The Buyer will have 5 days to test the goods.
After the goods are received, the Buyer will have 5 days to test the goods before he will make a decision.
Step 5: The transaction is accomplished.
After the inspection period the buyer must confirm that the goods are as described by the seller. Then the seller is paid by our service. If the Buyer wants to return the goods he will receive his payment back and FTB-Transport will send the goods back to the Seller. In this case the seller is responsible for paying all the taxes again.
