In addition, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer of the following details: description of the goods, selling price, the number of days within which the buyer must have checked the goods as well as all information concerning the transport.

4. The buyer receives the product - Delivery, acceptance or rejection of the vehicle.
– After the deposit has been deposited in our bank account, our company will begin the delivery. The delivery time is 2-4 days (depending on the location of the buyer).After receiving the car, the buyer will have a 5-day trial period (up to 1000 km) within which to accept or reject the car. If a defect is detected or the car does not match the seller's description, , our company will repay the seller's money within 24 hours of rejection.
– If the car has been accepted by the buyer, the 30-day warranty will come into force. Our company will repay the money in case of detected defects. After the expiry of the 30-day warranty period, the buyer must register the car in his name.
5. The seller is paid
– The buyer has received the product and have opportunity to test the product and to check the condition 5 days.After the test phase, the buyer can accept the product - in this case, the seller is paid by our company - or the buyer rejects the product in question - and in this case our company will reimburse to the buyer the money and the product return fees will be paid by seller.
Transport taxes and other fees of the transaction are paid in advance by the seller.
