Vehicle Service Protection
Most of Millennium Autos Broker vehicles are still covered under their original manufacturer’s warranty, but the coverage may be limited. Millennium Autos Broker Vehicle Service Protection (VSP) product helps protect you in the event of unexpected expenses.
Coverage options up to 10 years or 120,000 miles for mechanical repairs, including parts and labor
Pay nothing on covered repairs other than the selected deductible (per occurrence)
Nationwide service available at your local franchised dealership or ASE-certified mechanic

How Contact-Free Selling Your Vehicle Works:
✔ Tell Us About Your Vehicle: Provide basic information about your vehicle including your VIN number, mileage, pictures (interior, exterior and engine from all sides) , your vehicle original Windows Sticker and condition.
✔ Upload documents and pictures: Next, you’ll upload pictures of your photo ID/Driver’s License and registration (within the 7-day window) and our team will be in touch to discuss finalizing it.
✔ Schedule Your Pickup: Our team will work with you to schedule a free pickup from your driveway or a convenient location near you (within the lower 48 states). That’s right, pickup is absolutely free.
✔ Seller receives payment: Once Buyer receives the vehicle and accepts it, we transfer the ownership under buyer name and the seller is paid by wire transfer.
How will I get proof that my ownership has transferred?
It’s your responsibility to notify your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) that you no longer own the vehicle. This can be done by completing an online form on your state’s DMV website (typically called a “Notice of Transfer and Release of Liability” (NRL)).
You may need the following:

We stock thousands of low-mileage vehicles across hundreds of unique makes and models. Millennium Autos Broker carries everything from Camrys and F-150s to Porsches and Tesla. All of our vehicles have an accident-free CARFAX/AUTOCHECK vehicle history report at the time of purchase and sale.
How do you ensure the quality of your vehicles?
We start with a stringent selection process. We only sell cars and trucks with clean titles, that are free of fire, flood and frame damage and have accident-free CARFAX/AUTOCHECK vehicle history reports at the time of purchase and sale.
Every Millennium Autos Broker vehicle must also pass safety, mechanical and cosmetic inspections before it is sold. If a vehicle does not meet our retail standards, we do not list the vehicle for sale on our website.
How will I know the condition of the vehicle prior to purchase?
At Millennium Autos Broker, we want to be sure you’re as comfortable as possible with purchasing your vehicle, as we know this is a big decision.
Every Millennium Autos Broker vehicle must pass safety, mechanical and cosmetic inspections before it is listed for sale. In addition, every vehicle we sell has an accident-free CARFAX/AUTOCHECK vehicle history report at the time of purchase and sale. More on that here.
Every vehicle has several photographs of everything from the exterior to the interior to what’s under the hood, so you are seeing the ins and outs of the specific car you’re interested in. We don’t use stock images, nor do we adjust the photographs in any way.
Because these are pre-owned vehicles, there will be some normal interior and exterior wear and tear. To be as transparent as possible, we provide photographs of the most prominent cosmetic imperfections. We may not have a picture of every imperfection that is present on a vehicle. Additional imperfections, if any, are typically consistent with what we would deem normal wear and tear for a vehicle of its age and mileage. We price the cars accordingly to ensure you get a quality car at a really good price.
Where do your cars come from?
Our talented car-buyers scour the country for the best pre-owned vehicles on the market. Vehicles are sourced from private sellers, auctions and other partnerships. Starting with a great product is a core part of our philosophy.
Can I see a vehicle history report?
Absolutely. Millennium Autos Broker offers a free CARFAX/AUTOCHECK vehicle history report with every vehicle we sell so you can get to know the vehicle better – its ownership history, service history and more. Do I need to finance through Millennium Autos Broker?
No, although the majority of Millennium Autos Broker customers prefer to finance through us due to our low rates and easy application process.
You have the option to finance with your own bank, as long as you have an existing approval.
Note that if you choose to finance outside of Millennium Autos Broker, you may need to take extra steps, such as visiting a bank branch to sign the loan document and additional documents (e.g. a pre-approval letter).
Alternatively, avoid financing altogether by paying for your vehicle in full (the funds will need to be transferred directly from your bank account).
Will applying for financing impact my credit score?
When applying for financing with Millennium Autos Broker, we will run a simple credit inquiry to view your credit and determine the best possible lenders to work with you. The inquiry will, for most people, make an impact on their credit.
Does Millennium Autos Broker lease cars?
Millennium Autos Broker does not offer leases at this time. However, we offer competitive financing rates that can reduce your monthly payments dramatically.
Does the delivery fee change depending on the vehicle?
No, Millennium Autos Broker charges a $599 delivery fee for every vehicle we ship.
Qualified customers can include the delivery fee in their financing.
Upon request, Millennium Autos Broker will deliver eligible vehicles inside an enclosed trailer for a total fee of $999. Most coupes and sedans are eligible. Please contact your Millennium Autos Broker representative for more information.

Enclosed deliveries may take longer than standard deliveries. Larger vehicles, including SUVs and trucks, may not be eligible for enclosed delivery.

TITLES AND REGISTRATION
How do I get my title?
If you finance your purchase through Millennium Autos Broker, the lender will hold onto the title until you’ve paid off the loan in full.
If you pay cash for your car, the title will be mailed directly to you in about 2-6 weeks.

How and when do I get my car registered?
Once you’ve purchased a vehicle from Millennium Autos Broker, we will provide everything you need to know about registering your vehicle.
If you financed your purchase with Millennium Autos Broker, we will register your vehicle on your behalf and mail your registration and license plates to you once your state DMV has prepared them. This typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the state.
Each state has different registration requirements, and you may need to complete and return state-specific items in order for Millennium Autos Broker to successfully register your vehicle. We will send your state-specific requirements to you once you receive your vehicle.
If you paid cash for your vehicle or financed through another provider, you are responsible for going to your local DMV to register your vehicle. Millennium Autos Broker will mail you the title and supporting documents to do so within 2–6 weeks.
Please make sure you bring a copy of your Purchase Agreement (also known as the bill of sale, signed by you and your finance manager), which you can find in your documents folder.
What do I do if my temp tags are nearing their expiration date?
If your 60-day temporary tags are expiring and you have not received your license plates, Millennium Autos Broker will provide you with new temp tags. Just email us at [email protected]
What is Millennium Autos Broker return policy?
You have 7 days (or 250 miles, whichever comes first) to get to know your new Millennium Autos Broker vehicle. Drive it to work, stuff the trunk with groceries, and park it in your garage. If you decide it’s not right, we’ll help you exchange it for something else or provide a refund.
– If Millennium Autos Broker shipped the vehicle to you, we will pick it up for free, minus the cost of the original shipping fee.
– If you picked up your vehicle from a Millennium Autos Broker dealership location, you must return the vehicle back to Millennium Autos Broker at the same location. There may be a $599 restocking fee, depending on your reason for return.
If I return my car, will Millennium Autos Broker pay for shipping?
If Millennium Autos Broker originally delivered your vehicle to you and you request a return within Millennium Autos Broker 7-day (or 250 miles, whichever comes first) policy, we will schedule a time to pick it up for no extra charge. However, we will not refund the original shipping fee.
If you originally picked up the vehicle from a Millennium Autos Broker location, then you must return the vehicle back to Millennium Autos Broker at the same location. Please see our return policy for vehicles picked up from the store.

Can I exchange my car for a different Millennium Autos Broker vehicle?

Please Note: If you choose to finance with Millennium Autos Broker and exchange your vehicle, your credit may be pulled two times: once for the original vehicle, and again for the exchange. Your credit score may be effected.
What is a safety recall?
A safety recall occurs when an auto manufacturer or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) determines that a vehicle, or part of a vehicle, creates an unreasonable safety risk or fails to meet minimum safety standards. For examples of defects in vehicles that may lead to safety recalls, please click here.
Manufacturers must attempt to notify owners of recalled products and are required to fix the problem free of charge by either repairing it, replacing it, or offering a refund. NHTSA oversees the recall process to ensure owners receive the remedies they are entitled to under the law.
Recently, there have been a large number of manufacturer recalls. For example, according to the NHTSA, in 2016, manufacturers initiated 927 separate recalls in the U.S. affecting approximately 53.2 million vehicles.

Are there other types of recalls?
Yes. Some recalls involve non-safety-related defects. Examples of non-safety-related defects may include a vehicle’s quality of paint, cosmetic blemishes, or a radio that does not work properly. Manufacturers may handle non-safety-related defects through recalls, technical service bulletins, special coverage programs, or customer-satisfaction campaigns.
Does Millennium Autos Broker fix unrepaired safety recalls?
The current recall system is based on the manufacturer’s relationships with its dealers and registered vehicle owners. Manufacturers have not authorized independent companies, such as Millennium Autos Broker, to repair and close out open safety recalls. As a result, some vehicles in our inventory may have unrepaired safety recalls. Millennium Autos Broker recommends that customers contact a manufacturer-authorized facility immediately after purchasing a vehicle with an open safety recall to have the recall fixed for free.
What should I do if a car I want to buy has an open recall?
Millennium Autos Broker encourages you to do additional research on the recall before you decide to buy. Following purchase of the vehicle, we recommend that you contact a manufacturer-authorized facility immediately, which is required to fix the open safety recall at no cost to you.
How will I know if a recall is issued in the future?
You can take the following precautions to stay informed of any future recalls involving your vehicle:
– Manufacturers use state vehicle registration data when issuing safety recall notices. Please make sure your vehicle registration is up to date, including your current mailing address.
– Register your vehicle with the manufacturer as soon as you make a purchase. By registering, you will receive important safety information, including open safety recalls, directly from the manufacturer.
– You can also sign up to receive email notifications from NHTSA regarding recalls affecting your make and model (not specific to your vehicle’s VIN), or download its Safer car mobile apps for iPhone or Android to have recall alerts sent to your phone.
