The domain was only registered on 03/05/2012, yet they claim to be established in 2005. Also the domain is registered with privacy protection to hide the registrant - a legitimate UK company would not do this.
The picture on http://www.machinery-solutionsltd.com/about.html is of Sir Anthony Paul Bamford the Chairman of JCB and has been stolen from other sites.
They claim to be Solutions Machinery Ltd with a company registration number of 05562071. According to Companies House, that company is a dormant company, which has a proposal to strike off in progress - so they would not be selling products.
The phone number for contact is a London number, yet they claim to be in Birmingham.
