Mr. Richard , was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company in December 2001. Mr. Richard is a professional contract executor having more than 20 years of exectuting contract experience of which 8 years were with an international construction firm in UK. He has also been in private practice since 1992. Mr. Richard has extensive experience in providing business advisory service and conducting property development and holding, securities, insurance and retailing.
Mr. He, was appointed as the director and the branch manager of the the company and has extensive experience Mangament sector. He started his career with Nicon Construction company canada and was the head of treasury department and once the deputy general manager of the Bristom Construction firm. Dr. Jeff also holds a post graduate master degree of Business and PD from Boston University, Bosten, USA.
Mr. Ng Ge Bun, was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company in September 2004. Mr. Ng holds the Degree in Bachelor of Science and Degree in Bachelor in Laws. He obtained a postgraduate certificate in laws from The University of Hong Kong. He is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and currently serves as a partner of Tang, Lai & Leung Solicitors
