Farcical car crash wording. Companies don't have a jurisdiction - countries and regulatory bodies do, though they appear confused as to their own location

Companies also don't have the means or capacity to create legal and regulatory frameworks - again, only countries or regulators can do that.

If they act as brokers in the UK they would have to be registered and regulated by the FSA and quote those details on the website - they don't and they aren't.

For a company that can't decide whether it's a Ltd company or an 'LLC' or spell its own name, to claim it has an asset base exceeding that of the UK's four major banks combined, is ludicrous.
