It doesn't claim to be registered with, or regulated by, the FSA which is a legal requirement to be stated on the website of UK financial institutions and I presume it isn't, and it's barely worth the effort of checking to judge by the content.

I also note that it is inconsistent in how it quotes its company title. There's no harm in this as long as it is clear on what it's official title is, and when it uses a title indicating an incorporated status that must be its official registered legal title. On the first page it refers to itself as DEWMCO Plc but there is no record of such a company at Companies House.
