JOB DESCRIPTION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As we want to open the new offices over there we need to find someone that can help us out guide us through all the process if our accountant finds any difficulties in doing this . Basically what we need from you is to guide us through the entire process in order to register the company with Better Business Bureau. As you see below our company is already registered and functional in Spanish territory, this license we have allow us to do internet and provide web based services and products worldwide, but because we need to expand our business and we had a big impact in the US Market we decided to open a new office over there to facilitate our customers better services.

One of the other problems occurred when we had to receive the payments for what we’ve made, for our work on the US Market. We cannot receive the payment in a timely manner due to high delay with Spain based banks, check clearance and other form of payment. Normally we accept credit cards as payment but some of our customers also prefer to pay with a check/cashier check/money order due to high amount of the transactions and due to the limits they have with their banks on their credit cards. As long as we need the money real fast we have agreed and come with a solution. Our clients could pay us where we want by sending checks to an US Address. What we need you to do is to to provide us an address where we can receive our customer payments. We asked for feedback from our customers and they said this is safer and faster working directly with their bank by sending checks as because the limits they have on their credit cards they cannot make the payment to us through that service. We need someone who can receive the money through this method of payment. Regarding the check process all you have to do is to receive the payments our customers will send to your address, take them to your bank, cash them and send the remainder amount to us. All fees for transferring money will be supported from our share. Bonuses will apply as explained below. You will always take your percentage upfront.

PAYMENT AND SALARY:

1. You can chose on a percentage based salary of 12% from all our sales made on US Territory or a monthly salary of $2,600 paid at the end of eachmonth by the payment method you desire.(Please note that the first month starts when the first payment is received) An estimate salary per week on a based percentage salary will be between $600-$900 receiving payments from our customers (We recomend this because you will always get your share upfront and you do not have to pay for any other fees for transfering your monthly salary each month etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: It should take within 14 business days for you to receive the first payment as we need to forward all customers to use method of payment.

Every month bonuses and benefits will apply to your salary.

1. Within one month after receiving the first payment you will get an extra $1,000 if you will manage to complete the payments process in a timely manner, also this bonus includes internet bill, phone bill, gas/bus tickets. We will support all bills you have to pay for your internet and cell phone. PLEASE NOTE: This bonus will apply after one month starting the day you will receive the the first payment.

2. After two months of working with us, a secondary bonus will apply. You will get 14% from all our sales. If everything works as we will expect and it will, you will be able to do up to $1200 - $1300/week + a base salary of $800/month

3. Bonuses included in getting the payments cashed in timely manner:

a) Deposit the payments in your account same day you will receive them email us back to confirm with us and a bonus of $50 will be given

b) Complete the transactions same day as you receive the instructions of how to complete them and $50 will be rewarded.

c) Send all receipts and reports same day that the transaction is completed and you will receive a bonus of $50

* If all instructions are followed total bonus you receive on each payment is $150. All steps needs to be followed in order to complete these transactions

New offices will be opened in United States, as we recently launched our products to the US Market and most of our customers and we had a big impact working with US Customers. The estimated timeframe for opening the new offices is between 1 to 2 months. This is why we are trying to find someone capable to help us administrate all the US Area also until we will come over there we need you to guide us and help us with any papers we might need. Our accountant is already in contact with Better Business Bureau to sort out all the papers in order to register the new company over there but he might find some other difficulties where we will be needing your help . For the moment we received all papers we need to fill up and send back to BBB.

- communication is one of our main goals, so what we need from you is to check your email more often than usual when we announce you that a payment has been confirmed as we will send further instructions to you as soon as they hit your account, also provide a phone number where you can always be reached so we can hit base in case of any urgent matters we have to solve regarding payments
