Hello nonnaxfour and welcome to Scamwarners,
The email is a standard faker lottery scam. Facebook does not have a lottery and no one is holding any money for. Just delete and ignore the email and any others with similar content.

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon
