A more complex variation of the Lottery scam. Sent from a spoofed official looking e-mail address giving it the look of authenticity.

The lure is a US Visa, not money, and for someone who may have been after one for some time, this could look very appealing. Designed to scam non-Americans, using official mail addresses, when all they want is the 'processing' fee by Moneygram or Western Union payment. There is no chance of receiving a visa this way.
