i also ran the header analysis thats at the bottom...

said it was from 174.132.193.34 United States (Houston)

Was it really duplicated in the original email? That indicates someone being sloppy. And I doubt Chevron or Texaco would give out $750,000 that sloppily.

and nothing in the email itself
the funniest part of this is i was talking to a guy from myspace
he started telling me he was in the oil bussiness but he said something about shell i think?
of course i see the scammer for what he is and tell him to go away i dont have money to give him!!
a little while later i get this email...conected??? i dont know but ran his ip and it said kenya..he was supose to
be in texas...

Try googling the claim number. I'd imagine that your personal ID number isn't all that unique.

Even if it is a new script, I can assure you that you will never win a lotto that you didn't enter, and no company would give a big pile of money to a random email address.
