The postcode given - WA14 1EP - is correct for Altrincham, Cheshire - but that is near the city of Manchester, nowhere near London.
The telephone numbers, beginning +44 70 may look at first glance like genuine UK numbers, but are actually UK Redirect numbers - they redirect the call to anywhere in the world, including to the true location of the scammer.
Note the emphasis on keeping this 'win' totally secret - do not even tell your closest friends or relatives. The scammer has an excuse for this, but actually does not want one of your friends or relatives to point out that this is all fake and a scam.
