The pdf document sent with this scam mail includes the words:
The scammer expects the recipient of this email to be unable to travel to South Africa in the permitted time-frame, and so will demand a delivery fee or transfer payment instead.
If the recipient, however, said that they were willing to travel, another kind of fee or payment would be required.
But, either way, there will be no winnings to receive in return. The Lottery did not take place and, therefore, there are no winnings. It is a scam.

Johannesburg South Africa for your immediate payment
