With the additional information posted I was able to obtain that this is a scam and the scammer is in Lagos, Nigeria.

[email protected]
Subject Lottery
Lagos, Nigeria
41.203.69.3

Originating IP: 41.203.69.3
Originating ISP: Globacom Ltd
City: n/a
Country of Origin: Nigeria

Also the phone number 44 70457 04966 is a re-direct number. This is a fake UK number that can be answered anywhere in the world. Scammers use these numbers to trick victims. Making it appear that he is in the UK.

To answer your question. Scammers very very rarely will send someone their picture and name. That would be like a criminal leaving his name and photo with you. Also the name on the scam script does not matter. Scammers have a history of stealing someones name to commit fraud. Speaking of that they have no problem in stealing someone's photo's also. Scammers change names all the time. The key thing is the email address and the kicker is the scam "uk national lottery" The fact of the matter is this scam is being carried out by a Lagos, Nigerian scammer.
