The scammer seems unsure as to whether it was the July or August drawing that the recipient was supposed to have won, and for which fees would subsequently be requested. Then again, a "Glibert Street" in Belfast is supposedly in London. If you put the curious construct "Swt-017 Lsd" into a search engine, there are many sightings of variants of this email.
