Scammer in brief:
Miss. Lucy Mouna, 27 years old woman from the Liberia, parents was killed by the rebels during a civil war. Manage to escape to the UN refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. Late father (Dr. Paul Mouna) left an inheritance $5.3 million US dollars, deposited in English bank and Miss. Lucy is the next of kin. Due a number of reasons she don't have access of the funds, mainly according to the financial governing laws of Senegal, people under refugees are not allow to participate personal into any monetary transaction or to operate an account international or locally. She needs the foreign trustee/investor, who will claim for the deposited funds on her behalf. The funds would be transferred to the trustee/investor's account. The trustee/investor would obtain the travel documents for her so that she can re-locate to live over to him, continue her studies and start new better life.
She obtained a lawyer (Barrister (Dr.) Uko John George) to drafting the power of attorney and the affidavit of oath which Miss. Lucy would sign in the High Court, lawyer would representing the trustee/investor and sign documents on behalf of him. There was a number of costs, total sum €1.320 EURO and it should been pay immediately via Western Union or Money Gram.

Subject: I WILL LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT YOU
My Dearest, I am more than happy in your reply mail to my mail. How are you today? l hope fine. Mine is not too good due to my suffering condition here in Dakar Senegal. My name is Lucy Mouna i am (27yrs) but age doesn't matter in a real relationship, so i am comfortable with your age, I am from Liberia in Africa, 5.4ft tall, fair in complexion, single, (never married) and presently i am residing here in Dakar as a result of the civil war that was fought in my country some years ago. My late father DR PAUL MOUNA was the managing director of MOUNA'S COCOA INDUSTRIES (Ltd) in MONROVIA (the capital city of LIBERIA, my country) before the rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my mother and my father in cold blood. It was only me that is alive now and I managed to make my way to a nearby country SENEGAL where i am leaving now as a refugee under a Reverend father's care and i am using his computer to send these message to you. I would like to know more about you, your likes and dislikes, your hobbies and what you are doing presently, I will tell you more about myself in my next mail. Attached here is my picture. Hoping to hear from you soonest
Yours forever,

Subject: PLEASE DEAREST I NEED YOUR HELP
Hello my dearest. I am glad to write given the opportunity. thanks for your reply. I thank God for you. Your message was a bit relief for me. May God protect you for me. In this Church, we are only allowed to go out from the Church only on Mondays and Fridays of the weeks. Its just like one staying in the prison, I hope by God's grace with your help i will come out here soon. i don't have any relatives now whom i can go to. all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war.
The only person i have now is Rev. Steven oscar who is the Reverend Minister in charge of the church He has been very nice to me since I came here but I am not living with him rather I am living in the woman's hostel because the Church have two hostel one for men the other for women. The Pastors Tel number is +221778112354 Feel free to call me through his number between 7pm/8pm London time and if you want to contact the Rev his e-mail address is (
[email protected]). so If you call tell him that you want to speak with me he will send for me in the hostel. As a refugee here I don't have any right or privilege to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. I want to go back to my studies because I only attended my first year before the tragic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.
I have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me which I will send to you latter, because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank which he used my name as the next of kin, the amount in question is $5.3million. (five million three hundred thousand dollars). So I will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it i can travel to your country and live. I kept this secret to people in the camp here the only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is like a father to me. So in the light of above i will like you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone for I am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it. Remember I am giving you all this information due to the trust I deposed on you I like honest, understanding and God fearing people, truthful and a of vision, and hardworking. Please i need you to send me all your full contact.
