Contacts women on dating sites using fake details and stolen bank cards/driving licence. Offers to be their 'sugar daddy', who will send them a monthly cash allowance and pay their bills. Gets them off-site and communicates via SMS. Eventually, he claims that there is a temporary issue with his finances. He asks the women to buy expensive items for him online and send these by courier. He will then refund them and include their 'monthly allowance'.

Uses an app on his phone, which enables him to use a virtual US mobile phone number to send and receive SMS and make calls.

Claims to be an official at a Church in Texas, USA.
