Seguna claims to be from Iceland or Fort Worth, TX. He's actually from Nigeria, and, while declaring his undying love, will attempt a variety of scams.

I discovered him chatting on Google Hangouts to an elderly relative of mine. He claims to be the victim of a scam himself, losing $20k to a woman he met online, so he understands the pain of betrayal and the shame of being fooled by a scammer. But don't worry, he has a friend who helped him recoup most of his losses. He'll gladly introduce you to [email protected], an investigator that will track down the scammer and retrieve your money... for a modest fee, of course.

If you don't go for the FBI agent, he will fall back to requesting gift cards, asking you to go to the store out of the blue. And it's so out of the blue, it's like there are multiple people manning this account, or he has so many concurrent chats active, he forgets who is who.

If you're reluctant to get gift cards, he'll swing to crypto currencies. You can make a lot of money investing in crypto, you know? He'll have his crypto investment manager get in touch to help you set up your account.
