I have been in communication with a soldier in Syria for about a week now. He's sent pictures. He's in love with me. He doesn't have a military email. However he hasn't asked for money. Until today he hasn't asked for anything except for me to be the recipient of his belongings while he completes a 2 week tour in Kabul after which he will come home and retire. He claims he's 60 and has been in the Army since he was 20. I've been reading about these scans and until today I haven't been too suspicious but now I read he can send his own things home and doesn't need me to do it for him. Is this a scam? He hasn't asked me for any money.
