Claimed to work in South Sudan from April till December 2017 and asked to loan him money to build a water cleaning facility and pay MSF for a bigger apartment in HK. Claimed to return to HK on 22 December 2017 but then disappeared. Checked with MSF (HK), they have no record of this guy

Profile on Facebook has a similar name with another guy named Gary Stilynski (just a ‘r’ is missing) & they both came from a same Russian town. It has been reported in another thread.
