This is not a genuine person seeking a relationship; this is a scam. The sender of this email is not in the military or in Afghanistan. The photos are stolen, and are not pictures of 'Rachael'.

I am Rachael, i was born in France but but i grew up in the England
due to some issues in my family issues,i attended a college and had my
bachelors degree in Engineering , i worked for a while and then joined
the Military where i was for a while in there Engineering workshop, i
work in 102 Battalion REME (V).
Presently am with a peace intervention squad in Afghanistan right at
the Military Base In Kabul Afghanistan.
I am single and i am tired of been lonely, i need a man who is
sincere, honest, loving and caring but i am always scared of been hurt
again i don't want to get hurt again in my life. I have the ability to
love unconditional and care with a great hospitality.
Tell me more about yourself, what do you do for work and how long have
you been single and what do you want in a relationship.
