It's spam. You could complain to their hosts [email protected] as they appear to be breaking the terms of their acceptable use policy http://www.leaseweb.nl/uploads/legal/20 ... 11-1_6.pdf specifically section 4.

As to how it got to you when it wasn't addressed to you, it will have been bcc to numerous email addresses.
