Here is an exerpt from a chat log where he introduces the story about his consignment that needs to be collected

keeping.. before my arrival to [victim's country].. Do you think that is possible..

deposited with the United Nations In Accra Gh for Safe keeping.. But they re now ready for delivery

[01.12.2011 17:34:14] General John R. Allen: I will want them to be delivered to [victim's country]. since i will
be coming over the moment am out of here for my christmas holiday

[01.12.2011 17:35:30] General John R. Allen: Wel they re my boxes of consignment.. and also part of
my little investment.. It will be delvered to your door step by a diplomat

Thanks for taking the time to send me this note.. And for your effort of trying to help me in times like this
that I'm very busy. well i have read your mail and understand your comments.

Like as i have stated before.. this boxes are ready for delivery and the delivery form is by diplomatic. what
i want to understand is this.. Are you the one going to deposit the funds in Attorneys account when it get's
to you. Or how is that planing to be done. well when i means boxes. I mean two (Brief Cases) So i hope
you re not thinking it's something of a big size..

Yes am still very interested in ensuring the funds in your hands for safe keeping before i come over.. so if
there is any documents you want me to sign. just let me know and send it over to me.. i shall do that. But
there is something i want you to know. that if there is any resulting cost to be paid. That should be taking
care by you, because here i don't control money or do anything with money since everything is being taking
care by my country, So whatever bills that is involved just take care of it and when i come over am willing
to pay back with any kind of interest or % involved..

Please i want you to take your time to make this decision.. If you know you can't do this for me.. then
don't stress your self about it. But if you can just do it, I promise to reward you in a way you will not
forget.. I will stop for the now and look forward hearing from you soon
