This scammer claims to be a US General based in Iraq, his IP address places him in Lagos, Nigeria.

Hi,

I'm guessing this is the same person...someone added me on Skype yesterday using id Vinbrooks1. I added him as I though it was a work colleague then when he said he was a general, I removed him from my Skype. These nutters need to get a life and a job!
