I have been corresponding via email and yahoo messenger with a man name Sgt. Collin Handy. I have feelings for him and he (supposedly) was deployed to Nigeria early this morning. I met him on LargeNLovely dating site which is a very strict site. They individually screen the profiles and don't hesitate anyone who follows their guidelines. That is why I am concerned whether I am being scammed or not. I have used your sister sites Romance.com and the Military Scam sites, Email-scam, etc. I also did a photo search with his 7 photos he sents me. I am just going to enclose all the information I have and would like if you or someone could please tell me if this is a scam or really a legit soldier stationed over near Iraq/Nigeria.
I blew up all his military photos and followed the Army guidelines to see if the uniforms and insignias and ranks were legit. They are to a T!!! Including his name, his rank badge, his infantry patch and his pin on the front of his uniform.
The photo search via google brought up none of his photos. The email search with this header brought up a legit yahoo address and id. His avatar picture is the same as what he emails me with. He doesn't have a profile on fb, my space or any of the other sites suggested thru romance.com. He hasn't asked me for money. He hasn't asked me for a cell phone. What has my curiosity peeked is the fact that he proclaims we were meant to be together, and that he loves me. Also the fact that his spelling is atrocious and his grammar sucks. And the story about being a widow, that his daughter lives with his mum over in London while he is away. He says she died while giving birth to his daughter. I read thru your scammer romance msg thing and I have read thru others. And I am still not sure what to think. I am willing to send you all the pictures if you need them as well if this man is really a scammer. If he is he is good, if he is not than THANK GOD.

So now can you see why I am confused? He fits the description in many ways but in all the rest he seems like a real legit soldier. Unless he is BRAND new to the system. Thanks!
I blew up all his military photos and followed the Army guidelines to see if the uniforms and insignias and ranks were legit. They are to a T!!! Including his name, his rank badge, his infantry patch and his pin on the front of his uniform.
The photo search via google brought up none of his photos. The email search with this header brought up a legit yahoo address and id. His avatar picture is the same as what he emails me with. He doesn't have a profile on fb, my space or any of the other sites suggested thru romance.com. He hasn't asked me for money. He hasn't asked me for a cell phone. What has my curiosity peeked is the fact that he proclaims we were meant to be together, and that he loves me. Also the fact that his spelling is atrocious and his grammar sucks. And the story about being a widow, that his daughter lives with his mum over in London while he is away. He says she died while giving birth to his daughter. I read thru your scammer romance msg thing and I have read thru others. And I am still not sure what to think. I am willing to send you all the pictures if you need them as well if this man is really a scammer. If he is he is good, if he is not than THANK GOD.
