Please post an email he sent with complete headers. With Yahoo, sometimes you can tell from the headers, and sometimes you can't.

She needs to know about email headers. Here is how to do so.

You need the first "received from" working up from the bottom but it won't work with Gmail or Microsoft because they hide it.
